Skinning Head Up Versus Head Down

You probably have your preferred method of skinning deer. You may not agree with me, but I think I've solved the age-old question: Should you hang your deer for skinning with the head up, or with the head down?


Read "Skinning Head Up Versus Head Down" and you'll see what I think the right method is. I offer four reasons. If you have another idea, do you have some good reasons for it?


This picture from long ago (when I was a long-haired freaky person) shows my dad and me. We had forgotten to take pictures of our bucks before we skinned them. In this picture my dad was less than half the age he is now. Time flies.
