Hunting Season Is Also Wildlife Viewing Season

The Jamestown Gazette invited me to write the front page feature this week, and to focus on the fall hunting seasons. We're already in the middle of them, but the most popular seasons, the big game seasons for firearms hunters, will begin soon. It won't be long until hunters are heading out to deer stands, organizing bear drives, and enjoying the camaraderie that's part of the hunting tradition.

The Jamestown Gazette serves Chautauqua County, NY and Warren County, PA, but even though this article focuses on those areas what it says is relevant in many places. And if you're not a hunter, RIGHT NOW is a great time to view wildlife anyway.

Read "Hunting Season Is Also Wildlife Viewing Season" and then get maximum enjoyment from this time of year.
