Spring gobbler hunters are scrambling to get ready for a great season, opening in New York on May 1 and in Pennsylvania on May 2. (Youth days are a week earlier.) What are we all doing? Mainly four things, and each of those four things should be deliberately undertaken to build confidence because turkey hunters who lack confidence don't kill many turkeys.
